A Very Busy First Four Days!
We may only have been back for four days, but already each class at Bosbury School has been up to so many exciting activities during our first Creative Week.
Class 1 have been spending their first few days at primary school getting to grips with crayons, sand, measuring cylinders and having lots of fun in the water tray...
... while Class 2 have been creating Rangoli patterns with chalk, oil pastels and prints as well as making some superb clay pots.
Class 3 have been budding Nick Parks by using iPads to animate clay figures to recreate the story of The Three Little Pigs with the help of our ICT consultant Mark Sanderson, as well as taking part in their first yoga lesson with Mrs. Balmain...
... and Class 4 have been busy covering balloons with LOTS of paper mache and PVA glue, learning new hand exercises and massages to help prevent writer's cramp (a common problem which all Star Writers have to face) and with the help once again of Mark Sanderson, using iPads and amazing virtual reality headsets to go on a VR tour of the world!
Finally, our new Class 5 pupils have been learning about advertising leaflets and carrying out individual research on ancient Islamic civilizations.
