Values Award

The Values Award is presented to those children who have demonstrated that month's Bosbury School Christian value particularly well over the course of the week both in class and around school in general.

Well done to the kind and caring young man from Class 1, the three Class 3 children and the lovely young lady from Class 4 shown below who are the last Values Award winners for April after beautifully displaying this month's Christian value of COMPASSION this week.

Well done to all five of these children for showing such exemplary behaviour and kindness towards other pupils and adults around school. Such lovely Bosbury values being shown!

We have seen some other wonderful displays of consideration, kindness and compassion from several other Bosbury pupils during the first week back at school after Easter as well. The two keen eco-warriors from Class 3 shown below gave up their own time during one lunchtime last week to go on a thorough litter pick of the school grounds armed with their trusty pickers, black bag and gloves, while Jake and Franklin from Class 4 also worked hard in order to free the poor spiny fellow below who had unfortunately got himself tangled up in some netting on the school field after waking up from his winter hibernation.

Well done to these four very caring children, and thank you also to Mrs. Bolton for assisting with Operation: Hedgehog Rescue and to ex-Bosbury pupil Freya Jones for offering to transport Mr. Tiggy-Winkle to the nearest vets in his cardboard box. We do hope that our new prickly friend makes a full recovery from his nasty ordeal.
