Our TWO most recent editions of the Bosbury Telegraph (click covers to view)! A summer fortnight as exciting as it was challenging, with Sports Day 2026 witnessing Bosbury history being made not once, not twice, but THREE times as Green Team celebrated their first ever victory, although not without Red Team joining them in lifting the silverware as this year's competition culminated in the event's first ever TIE, with both teams finishing exactly level on 124 points apiece. This was also the closest Bosbury Sports Day ever as Yellow Team JUST missed out on defending the title by a single point, with Blue Team also putting up a courageous fight throughout the morning.
This was followed by a further real test of endurance the following week, as record-breaking temperatures engulfed the UK in the second major heatwave of the summer, forcing Bosbury, along with hundreds of other schools across the country, to make the difficult decision to close early to the majority of pupils for three days due to the soaring heat making conditions in school unsuitable for learning. As you can see, it didn't stop our pupils having plenty of watery fun to keep themselves cool!
